Nagi Takahashi
Nagi has been teaching and practicing Pilates for nearly 20 years and is very passionate about sharing the values and integrity or the Pilates method. During her Pilates career, Nagi has worked with a wide range of clients, translated for teachers from overseas, host teacher training courses and taught workshops at conferences in Japan and abroad. With Nagi, Pilates is so much more than an exercise, it’s a lifestyle, her classes are creative, fun, simple and clear and leaves you wanting to learn more.

Since meeting in 2020, we have built a strong professional relationship based on our shared perspectives on the body, movement analysis, and exercise interpretation. As concept partners, we have collaborated on various projects for instructors, offering workshops that reflect our aligned approach.
In 2026, we are excited to launch a new Pilates instructor training program under the concept “NAGI × CHIKA” — bringing together our expertise to create a unique and deeply insightful educational experience.
